Good company of honest guys. Agree with comments about ordering at peak time. Had great service from them when ordered in 2008 and last year went to the show and they made a cover to order for our stone barby, (very odd shape) and only £40.
Products are good quality and built to last. You get what you pay for in this case.
Maybe they are too popular? Hence delays.

I agree with your comments - it was a rogue salesperson. A member of management has reviewed the correspondence and agrees that there was a problem on their side.....
