i was reliably informed by one of the magazines a few months ago that whoever made the mover,the motor would come from the same factory and supplied to the mover people as required.this would suggest that the fitting was wrong on yours by being wired the wrong way round.

Truma problem? Funny you should mention that. The only problems I had with my Hymer were the Truma heater and the Truma water heater - water heater went kaput in the first week, leaked all over my van, and front of the heater kept falling off whenever I towed the van- dealer had to screw it in place.
Not just far Eastern brands go wrong, TRuma is German iirc, but I dare say Truma make their stuff in the far east just like everyone else.
