Our car port is only 8'6" wide, there's just enough space to get a std van on with a squeeze down the side to walk through. We'd like to get bicycles through too. Elddis Wisp here. 6'-6" wide I think.

I also searched high and low for a narrow and short (as in not too tall ) van so that I could get it through an 8' square opening and a 23 point turn in to my back garden!
