Norwich Union,i have car insurance with them and a guy ran into the car,it was a nightmare claim,so be warned if the car bumps you on a club site you have no insurance claim if they decide not to pay out because its a private site.took two years to get my money £320 ex back through the solicitors.

A lot of food for thought with some of your comments. Unfortunately some of the companies you mention do not cover N.I. I have unti 9 March to make up my mind, but during a job with my work which involved an insurance claim (burst pipe under solid floor and expensive wooden floor laid on top) I now recognise the importance of the cheapest is NOT always the best.
We've been with the Caravan Club for the past few years and they've always been competetive - until this year. They wanted £500 for our new van - we've gone with Adrian Flux at £325 - same amount of cover.
I got an online quote from Saga last year for my caravan and I am receiving 6 letters a week regarding various offers for insurance they want me to take up. I phoned their call centre and asked them to take me off the mailing list but it can take up to 8 weeks to stop them!!! Then I started receiving emails from them! Just be warned and make sure you tick boxes not to receive all this rubbish.
