I fitted an aircon unit myself on my hobby. I looked into the weights the roof could take and couldn't find a definite answer. Anything from 50kg to a car! The roof can take a significant weight when you start to look at the construction and layout. So when I stood on the roof, it was okay but I certainly wouldn't stand up there and wash it. When water touches any surface, it becomes very slippery expecially when there's dirt involved. It's much much safer to buy a long handled brush and as a previous post stated, spray on a concentrated cleaning solution first.

Anyway, I go up on my roof to tie on the dirty ground sheet for travelling purposes and you get funny looks and comments from fellow caravanners. lol
