I recon if they are prepared to get the problem fixed with no cost to the customer you should sing their praises! Buy a new car and try to get problems sorted - some dealers are unbelievably obstructive! This is after all a hand built product and things can and do go wrong. We bought a new folding camper and had teething problems but our dealer fixed them all with no quibbles - that is why we bought a caravan from them to replace it!
