we have a pyramid orion and it was pretty good through all the stormy gales of the summer, we found the roof stretched but shrunk back when drying, we did find that the awning did slightly move, (left to right or vise versa) the only big down side is the storm straps the clip in, the are a load of rubbish and we adapted our own for stronger springs

we got one of these and so far used it once due to our circumstances but we found it relativly easy to put up for first time.

We did get the pool of water other have said about but husband adjusted the pole on the end and made it so it slantad at an angel and we were fine for the rest of the week. Hope that makes sense.

Yes, we get pools on the roof, each time it rains. We have tried guy ties on the corner poles and this helps. I suppose other awnings may have the same problem. The only way I can prevent the pools, is to fix with another 2 roof poles, situated mid way between.But zips are good and in every other respect, we have had no problem.
