Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, but only just read the post I'm afraid.

It would appear that you do have the correct wheel insert according to our information.  You can check the correct information on our website  at the following link:

You can run through the drop down menus to identify if the wheel you have the same as the information included.  This information is supplied to us by Swift at the start of each new model year, so should be correct.

You should have a Challenger 14" wheel on your caravan and the number of the red lock is 15.

I must say that after contact with Al-Ko things moved really quickly. They sent out a fitter last Thursday 2/6/09. When the fitter looked at the lock he immediately saw that there was something adrift. Various measurements were taken and after a phone call to the factory to compare measurements it was found that the center barrel was about 1cm too long. I received a phone call on the Friday from Al-Ko to say that a new lozenge was being dispatched.

I can only commend Al-Ko for there swift actions in solving this problem. No doubt helped by the fact that I sent them photographs of the lock in situ.
