The extenstion for the Outwell hartford xxl is huge, it'd probably do te job for you. Someone posted pictures of their tent with extention on the camping under canvas section, it'll be in tent adice & then upload your tent pics. One of them on there was big enough to put a table & chairs in.
what about a tarp with velcro or cup hooks on to attack it to the hut, then use the poles and guys to secure into the sand?

We fitted a Fiama canaopt to the back of the house once, we purchased some plastic awning rail from the caravan shop, it came in roughly 7 ft lengths, very cheap, it just screws to the wood, I am sure that would do the job.
