You will be great. You will feel that you have been doing this for ages after your first trip. BIGGEST first mistake of a new caravanner and the most common 1. before you do ANYTHING on site. PUT ON HAND BRAKE AND LET YOUR JOCKEY WHEEL DOWN and tighten the jockey wheel clamp. ANYTHING after that will not be a disaster. Good luck. have a lovely holiday.

Hi all well been on our 1st caravan holiday and WEIT.The weather was amazing and really enjoyed the site.We stayed at Boroughbridge we will defo be going back,I have booked today for us to try THE RANCH CARAVAN PARK AT SELBY,anyone been?ive looked at the reviews on here but all old.We are only going for 1 night at end of this month.We would love any recommendations about any other local sites,we live in west yorkshire.I work saturdays until lunch so it would only be for 1 night so dont want to go too far.Thank you for all your kind comments

while still hooked up to the car place ramps in front of the wheel that needs raising to get van level side to side
apply van brake lower jocky wheel & unhitch.use jockey wheel to level van front to rear Then lower steadys to ground.Do not use steadys to level van as doing this can twist the chassis
