This is an Airstream built for the European market with axles positioned for reasonable noseweight, overun brakes & a 50mm hitch. A US spec Airstream has electric brakes, I think & axles set further back with a 2" hitch.

Personally, I think Airstreams are absolutely hideous inside and out! Wouldn't have one if they gave them away.------------- Helen xx

I'm with the hate it brigade, i'm afraid. Its ugly outside and i don't like the interiors either.
I just want a 2011 Sterling Eccles Quartz, not much to ask for? But i've got my Addy and its paid for, so shouldn't grumble!

Id like to have a good look around one, but dont think that I would purchase one if it were half the price. If I had that kind of money, Id probably think about a Campervan and a small car to be towed, and then talk myelf out of it as C'vans are more practical. Lovely thing, but to much money for what it is.

Nice, but I dont think the wicker ball in the bedroom is right, it would roll all over the place when towing. Lol.
Good looking van though, spotted similar van in the new forest recently, we were gagging to have a look inside but didnt get around to asking.
