Yes- we have purchased on a store visit, they found that they didn't have 2 of the same chair but said that that week 2 wouold be delivered to our home address for free.  Also purchased online and in store seperatley and had excellent service. great palce. gary

Just used them again. A great company and with less than 48 hour delivery to the Highlands for £6.95 it's cheaper than driving into Inverness and shopping at Go Outdoors.

Knowledgable staff when you call and definately worth keeping in your favourites bar.

We have used them and had sproblem with a leaking aqua roll, customer service was excellent, courier collected faulty and replaced with different make at same time
