Blow outs shouldn't happen....but then we have pot holes, and sometimes we have sharp objects in the road.....the sort of stuff you just can't legislate for after you have checked your tyres, the walls for cracking, air presure, loading capacity, weight distribution in the van etc ...all the things we can control.......
