Last time out, setting up in the rain (1st Nov), I forgot to fit it.
I wound the corner steadies off a couple of turns, pulled the awning pegs, engaged the mover and jogged the caravan into position. Easy on a single axle, more difficult on a twin.
Just thinking, on a twin, on a level surface, lower the drawbar right down to the ground, the rear wheel should be turnable to fit the lock, Then wind the jockey wheel to lift the drawbar right up, the front wheel should be turnable to fit the lock
