The Caravan Club website has always been a bit flaky and does have an annoying tendency to suddenly freeze. The 'new, improved' website that was launched about a year ago did nothing to improve the situation. I usually find that it happens to me when I'm trying to make a site booking. VERY annoying! I normally close down my browser window then open a new window and try again. Not an ideal solution, but it seems to fix it... sort of.
