Take your time,no matter how hard they try to tie up the deal. You have all day,so use it. Good luck in what you purchase. Scoobz

If your thinking of buying new . I would say go to the show have a good look around check the interior for the lay outs You like .Plus the price you want to pay . Have a good look at the exterior some are quite tacky . I think if you like everything . Get a price from a local dealer for the same van . They will be able to get that van even if they are not dealers for that make . Take a phone number with you and call them for a price from the show. .dont worry too much about reviews as long as you have a good warranty and you like everything .

Don't buy at the show. We have twice its not worth it . You have to travel if you need anything done . Buy local to you.
I'm sorry if anyone disagrees with this. But this has been my expeirience on our last vans . We now have a bailey they have agreed to us having all our warranty work done near to us . However this is not always the case.
Good luck

We bought a sprite at the show and we have had it serviced 2 miles away.  Swift would allow any warranty work if needed, to be done at any swift dealers as long as they were willing to do it.

You could always have a good look around at the show and buy from a dealer local to you.  It might be worth doing a forum search to see if your local dealer gets any mentions.

Bigbrood, you do not have to go to the NEC to get 0% finance. Swift are doing 0% finance on their vans whilst the show is on from 15th-20th. This applies to Swift dealers.

Hi Bob hubby spoke to the dealer today & he said we could have the 0% over 2yrs if we put down £6750 deposit & paid the other 10k over the 2yrs. Hubby wasn't happy with that deal, so he said we could borrow at 2.9% over a longer period. The dealer claims this deal will only be available until sunday when the show finishes. Yes your right the deal doesn't have to be done at the show. i think what he was implying was he needed to be at the show to check if we could get 0% finance. I thought i heard him say the deal would have to be done that day. If we go ahead, we are probably going to go for a 3yr payment option. This will leave us enough money in the pot then to buy a new awning & locks, aqua roll etc. My hubby will get back to him in the morning. Or should I say later this morning. Look at the time! I should be counting sheep :o)
