Im glad you got conformation off the land landlord that it is fine to keep there, as for your neighbour trying to sell the house with your caravan where it is, I would be more worried as a potential buyer what the condition of the house was than what my next door neighbour had in their garden,

May be better to help them sell their wretched house to get rid of them quicker rather than it not sell and be stuck with them.
It's her dead mother's house, they will still be living opposite us...nice thought though!

had an issue with a neighbour years ago about my works van,got a friend with an artic truck to park out side her house for the day.that soon shut her up.
Ha ha love it. But some people are so rude and selfish. When I moved to my current house, next door came out and said to me in a stern tone "you can't park there, that's my husbands space" (normal street parking not allocated) I looked about the road, looked under the car and said "where's the sign?"
" oh there's no sign he's just always parked there and everyone knows that around here"
Needless to say my car never moved that day and now everyone uses it. Idiot head has taken to parking in a disabled space which isn't used anymore as the person who it was for sadly passed away.
