hi
is your power control panel sargent ac75,if you put it three way switch to the tap sign and when you open the tap the little green light should light up on the battery meter then water should come out of the tap.

Hit guys thanks for all your help and with your info I have managed to work the water system with both the inboard tank and the outdoor barrel.
Two more questions when using the inboard tank and it's full ready to use do I turn the fill tank switch to off or leave on?
Also the hot water tank valve when filling its in the off position do I now turn to opener leave closed iv found when opening I'm losing water underneath the van so not sure what to do.
