There are other options.
You can buy a "easy out" which removed broken bolts.
You have nothing to loose trying this first.
As someone already metioned, any compitent mechanic can do this.
Worse case you can buy new brackets that bolt onto the A frame. Either cut the old one off with a angle grinder then bolt the new one on, or bolf the new one onto the other side of the A frame.
Not difficult to do, less than an hours work for a good DIYer.
