We have just moved to a Quaser Lunar 534 but...
Just a thought have you considered moving to a folding camper?
All the time our kids (3 girls) were small (and big) we had a Pennine Pullman (folding camper) they are much lighter than a caravan, much cheaper, fit into a garage, have two double beds made up all the time, with a galley area inbetween. Extremely robust. (We survived Une Tempeste en france with just bent awning poles.) Our -much older- pullman had a limited set of mod cons, but if you are coming from a tent (as we did) the folding camper is certainly worth considering. The new ones are fantastic.
Note they are NOT a trailer tent, you can have it set up in 15mins. Excluding awning, and they have plenty of space, 5.35 meters long.
Only drawback is they are not suitable for overnight stops, but saying that we got to Interlaken in Switzerland with it, in one hop from Le Havre!
