using google would negate many of the question asked on this forum.. :)
i chuck in plenty of answers but rarely ask a question.. google always makes a lot more sense when wanting to find out something..
and yep those alloys are much cheaper than i would have "guessed" them at its a shame they wont fit my old van i will have to make do with the ten quid wheel trims which incidentally are also much cheaper than i guessed them at..
If you do decide to upgrade your caravan to running on Alloys, dont forget to inform your insurance company, as its classed as a modification and can effect cover should you ever have the misfortune to need to make a claim.

i aint knocking forums stu i spend hours on various ones.. plus even a google search query will often lead you to forums comment.. its how i found this one.. he he..
but they are not the best way to find out something.. for each good answer there are probably ten bad ones.. but they can be fun and somewhere to waffle..
i was amazed just how cheap wheel trims are i thought maybe twenty or thirty quid how the hell they can make and flog them for a tenner takes a bit of thinking about..
i know they are made in china but the thought "how the hell can they do that" often goes through my mind when i look for stuff on ebay.. i even bought a set for my son who like lots of folks has a couple of missing ones and tatty steel wheels.. he he
Also check you torque wheel nuts to correct setting if you change as they will be different to steel wheels
Alloys can and do corrode, especially if cheaply finished initially. If buying second hand check the back not just the front and ensure weights are stuck on not hammered on.
Personally I prefer for a caravan, steel wheels and wheel covers, although advantage of alloys is you can use some of the smaller Alko style wheel locks which you can;t with steelies
