Any Powrtouch MM fitted by Powrtouch or approved fitter, comes with 5 years parts/labour warranty, even on site as has been said.
If you buy one and fit it yourself, it only comes with 5 years parts warranty, if fitted correctly.
Mind you not sure how they could determine if it was fitted correctly if a fault occured.
Unless they sent someone out to check it..?
