It depends on the type of mirror you have on your car. My last car would accept milencos, no gap between the mirror and the housing, and they where small, so i used strap type which i always crossed over never had any problems, I changed car last year which allowed me to fit milencos, so I now use them, what car and mirror type do you have?

Us too. as they are fixed to mirrors, you can adjust from inside the car. Surface does need to be very dry for them to stick, though.
