We use the CCC for tunnel crossings and overseas winter rallies and CAMC for insurances.
We get something out of both clubs and definitely save what we pay out in subs but it’s horses for courses and you need to weigh up whether you’ll use them for anything other than site fees. If not, it probably isn’t worth joining.

If you book everything through the club - crossings and sites - you certainly do save.
If you’re a CCC member, go on their web site, click “travel abroad at the top, then click “winter sun”. You can buy the book which is £10 but you get that back when you book.
The ACSI card is a bit cheaper too and you get the CCI card thrown in.

I’ve just been looking at the prices for the site we’re on in Albufeira in the Algarve. Booking through the site direct is over £15 a night for over 30 nights. Booking through the CCC we’re paying £9-something.
Amazing family weekend with old steam engines, classic car displays, market stalls, and full catering and bar. And camping on site - Save £25 by booking in advance.
