My Water Hog Cap arrived this morning as promised.  Came by post and my partner was a little intrigued to see what I had been ordering as packaging looked a little strange.  Soon sorted that out though.

Caz - A couple of our warehouse gents (who hoard spares like they're made of gold!) are looking for one for you, but i've spoken to Hitchman, the company who make them. They stopped making them in 1992 and ran out of spares in 2000. They changed design due to the increasing width of submersible pumps. We'll keep on looking but it's not looking promising I'm afraid.

Gosh, didn't realise it was that old. My pump fits in it nicely.
