Ali

I have a sterling europa 500 (2004), i think its brill and i also looked at the Bailey models but i think regarding finish quality the sterling wins hands down (only my opinion)

Had a few teehing problems like a sender unit went in the heating system that took three months to get repired ( i think the problem was with the dealers service engineers not fully understanding the problem) the worst problem we had was with the wood effect laminate (i think thats what its called) peeling of above the wardrobe but i contacted the swift group and they asked me to send them some pic's and when they received them agreed that they would send out a replacement pattern and the dealer would repair it free of charge.

Good luck with the van hunting

The feedback all seems to be pretty good.  Hmmm, a strong contender then I reckon.

We've had the Searcher for 3 months now, the only problem we've had is the microwave not cooking (it lit up and turned), this was replaced by Daewoo within a week.  Apart from that it's brilliant, I was unsure of the L shaped lounge before we bought it but it's very comfortable and we don't have to make the front bed up if the Granchildren stay, the benches are long enough for them to sleep on.  I've never considered a good bathroom to be important in a caravan, now I wouldn't be without one, the fixed bed is a blessing and the seperate fridge freezer puts the icing on it.

Guess you could say we are happy with it then.
