We used the AA one today to drop my daughter off at her friends & it mislead is on 3 occasions which given that the route was less than 20 miles was not impressive!

I use the AA one mostly but like most on here use it as a back up to the tomtom. It does give a little too much information that can confuse but the more you use it the more you understand it.

I use this along with my cars sat nav (which doesn't always know where you are! especially if you're near Glasgow)

don't use an online one I use auto route 2006 to get the main directions and sat nav for post code search when we get near to our destination

Ive used the AA, found it useless. THe RAC is much better.

I used multimap last year for Germany and Holland, and had some really weird results. We printed off directions and maps, but when we got to the location on the map there was always a camp site there, but it was a totally different one from the one we had booked into! Buggered us up no end.

Ive also used Google maps. They are very good to locate camp sites in their search engine, and the maps are lovely and clear.
