My storage has just gone up from £240 to £520. Says he wants to tarmac it & improve the compound.
I've now moved it to another for £260. Local Caravan Club is £340

I store at the local CC site at Welwyn Garden City and this year it cost £510.00. This is only seven miles from where I live and is very convenient but very expensive. There are other cheaper storage facilities in Hertfordshire but they are not nearly as good.
If I wanted, I could store the caravan 40 miles away at a fab site in Braintree across the border in Essex for £367.00. It's an hour's drive and a gallon of diesel each way and not nearly as convenient.
We weighed the pros and cons and decided to stay put.
You pays yer money and takes yer choice.........

£400 odd in South Devon although we are seasonal this year so only pay a reduced winter storage cost of £110 I think it was.
I'm moving North too, storage and seasonal pitches are a fraction of the price of down here.
