I must admit a moth wouldn't have bothered me, but a big spider, now that's quite different matter! lol

Now I'm not a little bloke, and I've been around a while, but I have to admit those things really give me the creeps!

We have a Freedom Microlite, my husband is 6ft tall so that's his excuse not to cook in the van as he cant stand up straight.
So im the caravan cook.

We keep a porta-potti in the corner of awning behind a curtain.

We tend to use onsite facilities for 3 reasons

(1) We have paid for the electric so use it for as much as possible. Most cooking is done in awning using a Ramoska, any heating is done via an electric fan heater and the 3way fridge is connected to the mains.

(2) Using site facilities in the day time forces us to get more exercise than we normally would do.

(3) Communal pot washing is an excellent way of meeting other people and nationalities.
