We picked our first van (secondhand) up and then and then took it home and sat in it a few times while it was on the drive.We sorted out what went where and then I made the a fatal mistake by ask my wife where she would like to go ? "Can we go to VENICE!!!!. Yes- we went.Had a great time and did 4000 miles in France,Germany,Italy and Switzerland. Go on and have a long trip and as long as you dont do anything stupid, you'll soon learn what your car tows like, how the 'van behaves and how caravaning gives you great indipendance.
