Just used our new Vango Varkala and the rain poured in above the front air beams on all three windows, not just a trickle but a waterfall, couldn't really tell the exact whereabouts, looked like it could be the top seam. Contacted the seller and not really interested, they said they will wait and see what Vango have to say.
Wet flooring and useless to use.

You don't have to accept this. You purchased the awing from the seller not Vango, so your contract is with the seller and it is up to them to resolve your problem. The seller can take up the issue with Vango separately. If you are still within the 30 days or purchase, take it back and demand a refund.

Hi Chrisn7 we got it changed with the seller, and bought a 2015 model, explained in a later post, all is great with this one, had nearly two full seasons with it and it's stood up to extreme weather. As others posted we must have got the one made on the Friday afternoon

XVI yes?

As well is two words!

Remember, if you buy something you bought it, not brought it.
