We have a 2009 and no problems with damp. We bought ours because of the wider bunks and the HUGE bathroom at the rear. We cant fault it.

I bought our first Caravan 3 years ago after a lot of research around damp especially. We got an Adrian Altea, 2007 and for the last three years it’s been totally damp free. I decided on a Adria specifically because all their owners love them, and hardly anyone complains of damp. That’s certainly not true of bailey, swift or any other uk vans. So based mostly on owner reviews, I don’t think you can go wrong with an adria(as far as damp goes anyway). We’ve had a few problems with the taps, but I think that was a dodgy dealer repair(not an adria dealer). I’d definitely buy an adria if we upgraded.
