Hi all and please help!

New to caravanning and bout van 2nd hand that had a Pyramid Tuscany full size awning included. All is sort ok (ish) except for the canopy. I cannot for the life of me get the thing taught so that rain runs off. Nor can I get the centre to remain on the pole hook see photos.

Any ideas before I torch the thing in frustration

Colin

Can't attach photo as it's an old site and can't cope with smart phone

Hi if anyone has the instructions on an email I would really appreciate it. Sheam47 at hotmail.com is my email address. Thanks in advance. We’ve just bought our first caravan and no pole diagram.

Go to canvaslove.co.uk as mentioned earlier in the thread, lots of diagrams and instructions, also look at Youtube for helpful videos.
