Ha.We still always forget something,we get to the top of the Rd and Gazbag will say to me "have YOU put My razzor" or such and such in.We always have to turn around.Thing is he always tells me to LEAVE his stuff he'll do it himself! When we eventually get where we're going,it's time to sort the van out.I do this no prob.Come to putting the awning up.......I dread it.Always end up arguing.Thing is It's Gazbag that has the problems then blames me.I had to laugh at my friend the other day(you know who you are!).They are doing their 1st trip in a van, they have been tent campers for yrs.I asked if she was comeing over to Elvaston ,we always use the car park there for practice with awnings and tents."No" she said " we'll be fine, don't forget we've putting tents up for yrs" Best of luck I really hope it's ok.We still can't do it without a good barney. That's the fun though. Is'nt it??

we have had 2 vans before & just recieved our new adria  waiting for our first trip this year, one trip we only went a short trip into derbyshire, last minute one, sent OH to pack some clothes for weekend, got there and weather turn out to be very hot, asked for a t shirt & shorts to be told we only had warm clothes in.shopping trip was the next visit.went with some friends another time to find 15 miles from home they had locked the van up & left the keys on the kitchen table lol. the awning is usually a good laugh fighting the wind to put it up.but like everyone says you can laugh about it &your holidays are always memorable..
