Hi, you need to check the steadies are not welded on, some vans have all 4 welded so removal is difficult,if they are you could use a small angle grinder to remove the existing weld, but when you do this you will have to get the new ones welded back on, on some vans the steadies are just screwed to the wood floor so it looks like yours are Well fitted, good luck S/C

If the nuts / bolts are undone then they just need 'persuading' to come loose. Maybe they've been off before and whoever refitted them used a dose of silcone sealer or underseal or something on the flat bars that meet the underside of the floor. (Poor description - I hope you know what I mean...).
Good luck.

no i can get the nuts loose but some how the steady is slipped into the flat bar under the caravan { i know it doesnt make sense } the only way i can see it comming loose if i hammered the two bolts up into the caravan other wise it cant drop down because the end of the threaded bar is in the hole on the caravan & some of the steady is under the flat. Reading this  ime getting confused myself.

I have had the pleasure of doing this on my van - find where the bolts are on the floor, and then cut the lino to get at them. Undo the bolts - it they are stuck due to rust you might have to cut the thread - mine were a nightmare because of this. All sorted now though.
