Hi can anybody give me advice on how to get the storm straps on my awning to "stay" they are the type which have a buckle sewn into the awning and a pronged bit on the strap but a sharp tug and it just seperates.

We contacted pyramid and they sent us replacement buckles as the ones supplied were too small.  Not tried them yet, but they certainly seem to be a better fit.
