Hi

I am new to Caravaning and I was wondering if anyone has bought any of the Caravan Club site night vouchers off ebay?  if so,  have you had any problems upon redeeming them?

I don't really know much about the vouchers is there a maximum £ value per voucher?  Can you use them at any site all year round with exception of Affiliated, Management Agreement and CL's run sites?

We bought 8 last year and had a great holiday, There was no probs using the vouchers.

The only thing to watch for is over enthusiastic bidding as the vouchers can end up costing more than you could have got the site for anyway

The problem is

The vouchers are far more valuable to a couple with children which is why I keep getting outbid for them.

I read that Hillhead weren't accepting them/or want a cash top-up as they are the most expensive site the CC have.  I paid about £120 less for my holiday last year as I had site vouchers bought for a tenner each.
