Good morning, just after a bit of advice.

Currently, our caravan is covered under an insurance policy from the Caravan Club.

We are also members of both the Caravan Club and Caravan and Camping Club, both of which are due for renewal shortly. My question is, do I have to be a member of the Caravan Club to qualify for their insurance ???

The only "club" sites we visit seem to be C&CC ones, so I am concidering not renewing my Caravan Club subscription to save a bit of cash.

yes you have to be a member of the cc to get there insurance.

You could insure with the C&CC instead.

my friend had his vw camper insured with the caravan club. When it was stolen the caravan club insurance argued over every detail and took 8 months to pay a poor pay out. My advice is to insure with a real insurance company. Dont know about c&c Club though.

Ive never had a problem with the CC insurance & judging by the amount of experience that they have i would say that they are a REAL INSURANCE COMPANY.

Just done a quote online with C&CC and it works our £38 dearer than i am currently paying with the CC also my current insurance is 10 years NFO

By an real insurance company I mean exactly that. I know many people love the CC but the fact is they are a club selling an insurance policy from another underwriter. I mean buy the policy from the underwriter. Cut out the middle man.
