We have had a run of bad luck over the last few days, our vauxhall fronteria broke down  and that turns out to be the cam belt, so far to expensive to fix!!!! So we are now car less! Also our poor dog had a hip replacement 6 weeks ago and now that has gone wrong so the poor soul needs to have it done again this weekend...so that leaves us unable to go on our honeymoon that was due to start tomorrow.

We have manged to canel most of it as it was booked via the caravan club, except our first part that is at a haven site in scotland.

Its for 5 nights at Craig Tara in Ayr Scotland.  Its on a grass pitch with hookup.  This starts from tomorrow the 23rd June

So if you want a free break just let me know and and i will email you my booking refrence. It includes all the passes and for 2 adults but can add up to 6 more people i think.

Sorry to hear about your bad luck and cant use the free break but i would if others come along and offer to help be willing to tow your van for you for the small cost of my fuel i couldnt take it back as on holiday myself.

Den, what an amazing gesture of good will from Gerry, It proves there are still some lovely people around.

As far as your booking is concerned, can you not claim on your cancellation insurance from Haven, Surely they'll consider a claim from you or even offer to shift your booking for you. I'd certainly ask if I were you.
