The cheapest quote so far is from Caravan Guard.  The only problem is we keep our van on a cassoa site but we don't actually have access to it.  We deliver it and it is put away for us and when we need it it is put out for us to hitch up and go.  I know must insurance companies insist on hitch locks and wheelclamps.  They are happy to put the hitch lock on but it would be a bit of pain to keep putting the wheelclamp on also. If necessary they would do it.  Obviously it would be necessary if we go with an insurance company that insist on both.  Does anyone know of an insurance company that would be happy to insure the van with one security device while in storage?  I have not managed to find one yet?

Just checked again. Covered for everything. Everything Ulti-mates says apart from; hotel and caravan hire, listing on Theftcheck and new for old. Covered for transportation, repair, protection whilst awaiting repair, public liability, fixtures and fittings, use by family and friends, on road, off road, everything. Can't see any real flaws. Only exclusion is if caravan is left unattended whilst not attached to towing vehicle with no hitchlock or wheelclamp, left unlocked and unattended and moth and vermin damage. Oh, and theres a £60 excess.
