Hi, Would you not be better just buying a cheap fan heater or similar as the gas is useful if you ever go without EHU.------------- Doing as little as possible for as much as possible...

this is a new van we are picking up it has blown air but is it dual fuel gas and electric?

If it's a new model it will almost certainly have both gas and electric heating. At the back of the fire will be a fan to blow the heat from either source through the ducting to various parts of the van. The handbook will explain.

From the looks of it you'll have the same heater as the one in my caravan , mine runs on both gas and electric . See page 67 Heater_swift
