We are thinking of buying a Dorema Vitesse XL porch awning. Does anyone have one and would they recommend it. Are they easy to put up.

We had a Dorema Toronto porch, a lovely awning when it is up, but we found it an absolute pig putting it up and taking it down. There seemed so many bits to it

If the Vitesse is anything like it I would recommend avoiding it

We previously had a Bradcot full awning that was much easier

We have the Dorema Hilton (smaller) and can vouch for the quality. As for ease of use, it takes around 20 minutes for the basic awning, curtains and storm straps take a bit longer.
