You need an awning sized 800 - 825 cms, not 825 - 850 cms.
On our last caravan we had an 800 cms Trio. The ground-to-ground measurement of the van was 782 cms.
Getting the awning taut was difficult, especially if the ground rose upwards slightly from the nearside of the van. As Wizard says, it was baggy.
