Just be aware that I am experiancing problems with the after service from this company. Bought a new Corona 556 8 weeks ago, the staff failed to tell me the spare wheel and carier were not fitted until I was just leaving with the van. 8 weeks on and after many calls and many non-returned I am still waiting.

Excuses have been, its explorer's fault, explorer is now on strike, the carrage has arrived but no bolts have come with it.

They have my money now so the service has been nil. Anyone know who the MD is, as Kirkham are hopeless?

Send the Managing Director a Recorded Delivery letter saying that unless the matter is sorted to your satisfaction within 14 days you will be having one fitted at another dealers, and claiming the costs from them through the County Court. Enclose an estimate for fitting and mileage and out of pocket expenses.

Tell them you wish to avoid this at all costs, but feel that due to their unreasonable attitude you have no alternative.

Enclose your full purchase details, and contact numbers, and wait 14 days.

If nothing happens go to Money Claim and follow the instructions.

I can virtually guarantee they will not let you get further than the first letter from Money Claim.
