I recently saw a satellite dish mounted on a pole thar was secured to the van by the hitch ball receptacle. I wondered if anyone knew where I could get my hands on one - for the smallest amount of cash, of course.

Thanks in advance,
Kev

Thanks but I've looked on their website and can't find them. I have ordered a catalogue though.

Cheers

Why would anyone want to mount on the ball, when the jockey wheel is so conveniently placed just behind it?

If for a satellite dish for example there is less likelihood of the dish fouling an open front locker as it is marginally further forward. Also pure laziness plays it's part.

This may be it!

Try here! http://www.ukcampsite.co.uk/redirect.asp?redir=http://www.towsure.com/product/13403-Airer/TV_Mast_Support_Stand

Seems like a good idea.  My 'van's jockey wheel comes through the middle of the A frame fairing, not at the side, so I can't fit an ariel mast on it at all!

Hi

Why not buy a clamp HERE and a towball HERE and make your own, with a bit of lightweight aerial mast.

It should work out about half the price.

Cheers

Paul
