Can anyone please tell me if it's possible to change the compression rubbers on my compass/olympus axle?

If so, how's it done & where would I be able to get the rubbers from?

Thank you

Short answer is no, the pressure required to reassemble is many tons requiring a very powerful press, Alko have one at their Warwick factory and will do the job for you...if your axle is Alko of course!
