My Thomson did but after a modification to increase the hitch height, original was only 13inch, I replaced it with a clamp on fitting outside of the A-frame. Leaves the hole from the original space free for me flagpole or TV aerial!

As has been said before they don't make caravans like yours any more

I emailed Alko to ask if they did an adapter to enable the side clamp to be fitted as you have done

They replied that I could drill the chassis and mount one but that it would invalidate the warranty.

No help there then

They also said that the jockey wheel inside the A-frame made it easier for caravanners

Hi All,

I have had a couple of issues like this but found that the wheel was catching on the black and grey power cables. Only thing to do is get down on your back and push the wheel up into the A frame. I've now moved the cables to a slightly better position and things seem ok now.
