Someone on our site has one, its a lovely van, identical layout to the Lexon 640 we had.  Its a fantastic 2 berth luxury van.  Okay, it might sleep 4, just dont encourage visitors!

Saw one on Saturday, looks nice, but OH reckoned there is not much room round the bed, especially at the bottom corners.

We have just ordered a new Sterling Searcher, looked at the Explorer too, which has the island bed, there was more room round it than in the Bailey. In the end we decided to go for the larger end bathroom and the side fixed double.

Sterling have gone back to parallel seating in most of their vans, which is what we wanted, but you are looking for the L-shape.   I think the L-shape looks nice, but is not so practical.  They are also using the Alde heating, which is reckoned to be very good.  The 2 door fridge/freezer is great.

I think you are right when you say the 2008 Baileys are not as good as the 2006s in many ways.

Hi JO we also liked the 2006 Louisiana but not to keen on the "L"   layout so we opted for a Delta 620, when the new Senators arrived we liked the new layout but missed the great fridge fitted in the 2006 model ,the bedroom is slightly more cramped but the bed is larger in the new van and.......well we now have a 2008 Louisiana and its great apart from having a flat tyre 2nd time out!! regards S/C
