I would say Jeremy Clarkson would be as good as any, because the persona he presents on TV is not really him at all, its just the one he uses to make money-& the same would go for other 'celebrities' I imagine--I doubt Jamie Oliver would invite fellow campers he didnt know to his barbie(would you?)I bet Bill Oddies probabley a miserable sod 'cos he gets fed up with people talking about the Goodies all the time, I'm sure Kylie would be well annoyed if you stood there ooglin her in her bikini & I imagine a brewery chairman wouldnt invite the whole campsite to sit outside his £80k Hymer & drink his beer--the only celebrity motorhomer I can think of is J Kay, he of Jamiroquai & hes normally in the news for getting p*ssed & punching people --
Pete Burns..... Just as long as he doesnt want to share any of his beauty secrets and Robbie Williams..Ooooh nice to have robbie come and hammer my pegs in.
THE ROYALS,,,,, as in the TV sitcom, we think they wouldnt get out of the van, as they would be watching the tv, so not great company there then!!!!, jim would probably moan alot. Alternatively how about the SHAMELESS crowd!!! they know how to throw a party!!!! (HA HA).
------------- wishing everyone,,,,what you would wish for yourselves x
I would say people with dogs as we have them but no generators please (although I have used one at dog show camps where there is no hookup but would not use one on ordinary camps), also would like people that don't party into the wee small hours and keep me awake half the night.
James May - he from Top Gear ... he could even bring the Top Gear dog with him, so long as he had a pooper scooper and used it (unlike some thoughtless people).
We would love the neighbours we have at home to stay beside us, they are simply wonderful. If Jeremy Clarkson pitched next door, I would have the steadies up in record time.
Ideal neighbour would be someone never seen or heard. If it had to be a celeb, I would choose my Dad! Sorry can't say who he is except that he is my father.
