ANY ONE HELP PLEASE re broken window in van my van man says 6/8 weeks for window to be mended any one help with a tempry repair we can do so we can use van?? it is the middle window of bay front, there is a broken top gap and bottom gap, and it keeps falling out what can we do to make water and draft proof till new part arrives? as it a bay it is on a slope. please any help welcome.!! joan

the only thing i can think of is a piece of wood inside and drill holes in the window and screw through the window into the wood

silicon sealant around window should bond it in place.
Then peel off when new window arrives.

Buy a piece of acrylic glass at the DIY shop and some silicone sealant.
Possibly you have to take the window off first or use an other way of temporary fixation like for any other glue job.

Or the very temporary easy way: duct tape on inside and outside of the crack plus around the window. Less rigid though.

Duct tape around the window might give you a chance to seal a piece of acrilyc glass with silicone on the cracks in the main centre part of the window. Once that's dry finish the sides of the window with sealant.
Not beautiful, but it's just untill the new window arrived.
